Renovation of a water damaged 1 bed flat

Water damaged flat had to have the main room ceiling ripped down and then a new metal framed suspended ceiling installed with sound block insulation and 2 layers of fire resistant plasterboard to obtain building control sign off. Electrics upgraded, plastered and decorated throughout.
